Initiate Your Request
Log into your McCormick's account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
